An individual, partnership, company or an organization who paid to receive customize scripts (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

The Company provide Online information, free script download and paid service to customize script (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service").

By using and/or accessing the Site and other sites accessed via links made available on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Linked Sites"), User and Customer acknowledge and agree that the terms and conditions set out below (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "T&C") shall henceforth be binding on User and Customer. The Company provides its service to User and Customer, subject to the following T&C below and the Company may revise the T&C at any time by posting such changes on the Site without prior notice. User and Customer may aggregate the script (either the standard version or Modified Version) with other script and distribute the resulting aggregation to any Individual provided that you do not charge a licensing fee for the script.

User and Customer are freely to distribute the original or modified scripts to any Individual by not removing the wording "DIYTraders.com" or any links that is pointing to the Site (http://www.eTraderZone.com)

All scripts downloaded or modified from the original are strictly for individual and non commercial use only.

The Site and Service provided are of General Public License (GPL) and strictly prohibited for commercial redistribution

Any party who intented to use any scripts from eTraderZone.com for commercial purposes are REQUIRED to inform eTraderZone.com, a license will be charged for commercial users.

Linked Sites
The Linked Sites provided on the Site are solely for your convenience and is not in any way a recommendation or endorsement by the Company of such Linked Sites and the contents therein and you acknowledge that the Company has no responsible or control over the materials, products or services sell or offer by the Linked Sites.

The company has no obligation to screen or monitor the content provided or display by the Linked Sites.

Violations
Customer and User are understand that any violation of the T&C herein may lead to serious consequences and that Customer and User will report any incidents of violation to the Company or Site.

Exclusion of Warranties
All material or script downloaded from the Site are provided on "As Is" without any representation or warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, including but limited to any representation or warranty as to their performance or fitness for any particular purpose or use.

It is The Company best efforts to keep the Service free of error, viruses, harmful codes or programmes, but the Company does not warrant that the Service will operate 100% error-free, viruses, harmful codes or programmes. The Company shall not be responsible for any equipment or data that is damaged or lost pursuant to Customer or User use and/or access of the Service or Linked Sites.

Customer and User agree to indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, losses or damages arising from the use, inability to use, access and/or inability to access the Service, whether directly or indirectly.
