Chaikin Money Flow was developed by Marc Chaikin. It compares sum volume to the closing price with the daily peaks and falls to define the number of stocks being purchase and sold

Chaikin Money Flow

Formula:

AD = (Close - Low) / (High - Close) / (High - Low) x Volume
CMF = Sum of AD / Sum of Volume

AD = Accumulation and Distribution
