Bollinger Bands was developed by a famous technical trader - John Bollinger. It's a band plotted two standard deviations sway from a simple moving average.

Bollinger Bands

Formula:

Upper Band = EMA + Deviation
Lower Band = EMA - Deviation

Common Deviation used is "2"
EMA is Exponential Moving Average
